Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) is a three-day Catholic retreat experience for high school juniors and seniors--an age when young men and women are at a natural time of making decisions about their lives’ definite direction. 

AT TEC YOUTH WILL: 

Experience a new environment in which to learn and grow; 

Meet other Catholic youth who share similar questions, concerns, and hopes; 

Encounter Christ, risen and ALIVE today; 

Find time to reflect on your life, your relationship with others, your relationship with God, and much more! 

An Encounter with Christ must be a freely accepted response. There will be no pressure to make definite decisions or reach final conclusions. When you return home, your community experience and your individual expression of God’s love should continue to grow. In the past few decades, several thousand youth have experienced TEC in this Archdiocese. We invite you to join them!

The only TEC this year is January 14-16, 2023, in Dyersville. We want as many Saint Patrick juniors and seniors to attend as possible! The cost is $95, but, if you register and let Rosie know, we’ll put $50 toward the cost. An added bonus--she’ll even take you & bring you back!
