St. Patrick Parish is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry.

In this position you will be responsible to draw our youth into participation in our Catholic faith community through a variety of activities and events and foster their personal and spiritual growth.

A bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies or Theology and experience in education and working with youth are preferred. We are a parish of approximately 1,500 families and are located in Cedar Falls, Iowa, a mid-size city that is home to the University of Northern Iowa.

This is a 12-month position, in-person, full-time 30-40 hours a week including benefits. It will consist of regular week day hours in addition to Wednesday evenings from 4–9 PM.
