Elijah recognized the voice of God not in the strong and heavy wind, not in the earthquake, and not in the fire, but in a tiny whispering sound. May we find enough quiet in our clamorous world to hear His voice and discern what He is calling us to do and be.

Renovation Update  9/24/14

Parish Education Center  On the exterior of the building the exterior wall and roof framing has been completed. Windows and brick/stone have been ordered and will be installed over the next few weeks. The roof membrane of the new addition is also in the process of being installed. What is left for demolition and reframing of the old office area inside the school is being completed. Elevator car installation is close to completion and will be followed up with the finish out of the new entrance doors into the elevator at each of the levels of the building.

Church South Narthex Addition  The construction of the new exterior masonry walls has started and will continue for at least a couple of months. Inside the existing church the old elevator has been removed and accommodations are being made to enlarge the existing shaft to accommodate the new elevator. Work continues on the new openings connecting the new and the old parts of the church. Due to this work the southwest stairway out of the church will remain open from the interior only as a fire exit and should be used only in the event of an emergency.

All of Creation
Buy Fresh / Buy LocalFair trade products, such as coffee and tea, are grown, harvested and sold by cooperatives of families who earn their living this way. Why not look for other available fair trade products, such as bananas, chocolate, honey, orange juice, pineapple, rice, sugar, and many others. Also, shop at your local farmer’s markets for locally grown produce, flowers and home made items.
