CLOTW News: Children's Liturgy of the Word will take place on Sunday at 10:00 Mass during the summer. The Saturday schedule will not change. There is so much we can learn from our children! Did you know that "peace" tastes like pineapple and coconut and Jesus is like the peanut butter in our lives that holds our bread together? Let me know if you would like to help and be included on the summer schedule. Call the RE Office to learn how you can grow in faith, minister to our youngest parishioners and have fun, all at the same time. Participants do not need to pre-register for CLOTW.

Jr. High Serve and Slide will be held on July 23 and 24. Watch for more information for this event for 7th through 9th graders.

First Communion banners can be picked up in the Parish Office. Please stop and get your child's keepsake from First Communion.
Consider joining our Wednesday night team. Hanging out at church on Wednesday nights sets a great example for our kids and it can be a lot of fun. There are openings for catechists, aides and we need Kitchen Coordinators to learn the ropes of organizing our meals or the meals may have to come to an end. Maybe God is nudging you to explore God's world and Word in a new way. Think about it. You never know what God has planned for those that love God!
VBS News: Regretfully, VBS has been canceled for this summer due to many scheduling conflicts. We will see you at the Power Lab for the summer of 2009.

Theology on Tap Informal discussions will continue at Beck's on University Ave. in Waterloo. Social time starts at 7:30 with discussion to follow on Thursday, May 1st - Medical Advances vs. "playing" God and Thursday, May 15th - Life Changing Experiences. Please join us!
