*In order to meet the 85% attendance requirement per the Archdiocese, juniors and sophomores can only miss 2 sessions of Faith Formation (that includes both Large Group/Interest Groups and Small Group)
*There are two make up sessions for Faith Formation, January 30 (6-8 pm in the Youth Center) and April 17 (3:30-5:30 in the Youth Center). If your teen has missed more than two sessions, they will either need to make the session up or wait until next year to begin the process.
