Upload a Photo to the Directory
Can I still upload a photo or change the one I submitted? Yes, that's the beauty of Instant Church Directory. You may submit a new photo any time, and new parishioners are included right away.
- To upload your photo, click here or email it to email@example.com. Include first and last names. It will take a few days to appear as our staff must click a button to "approve" each photo.
- If using a professional portrait, submit a release firstname.lastname@example.org or the Parish Office.
- We can also take your photo in the Parish Office or scan one you have.
Accessing Our Parish Directory
To put the app on your phone or tablet, read below. Then visit your app store and search for Instant Church Directory (Step 1). Enter your email address on file with the parish (Step 2). Check that email to obtain your secure password to use in Step 3.
Once you download the app, please check your own entry to see if your contact information is up to date.
Who can access the app? If your email address is on file with the parish office, you will be able to request access and we will authorize a password for you to sync the directory. You will receive one password per device through that registered email address. If a member becomes inactive at the parish, he or she will no longer be able to access the directory.
What if our family wants to access the directory on more than one mobile device? You may use your registered email address to set up multiple devices. You will need to download the app and log in to that email account on each device. If you prefer, call the Parish Office and add an additional email account for your family.
Can I access the directory from my computer using a web browser? Yes, the process is similar. Go to https://members.instantchurchdirectory.com/ and follow the directions.
When we get enough photos to print the directory, we will provide information on paper copies. We would like to include many families before we go to print.
