Perpetual Adoration Schedule –  Perpetual Adoration is held at Columbus High School chapel.  St. Pat’s is responsible for the month of February for every Sunday from 8:00 am – 9:00 am.  We will start with Parish Council members this month and add other leadership teams as we are assigned later months.  Angela will send out a schedule for 2 people each Sunday in February.

Elections – Start brainstorming now for names of parishioners who would be a good fit for Parish Council.  We will start discussions at February meeting.

Time and Talent brochures -  Please take the brochures to individual committees to review and update.  Some ideas were to call people sooner and maybe work on e-mail communication with those that wish to volunteer.

Pastor’s Report -  Report given at joint meeting.

Committee Reports

Social Concerns – The rice bowl collection to be used for local charities this year.  A $10,000 donation was given to the church – we used $4,000 for the Outreach Coordinator salary, $3,000 for Haiti and $3,000 for Gulf Coast.

Parish Life – Parish Life is providing the soup dinner in March for the Parish Retreat.  Father mentioned that a parishioner is being ordained in May and to check if any celebration is planned for him here at St. Patrick’s.

Finance and Administration -  Much of the earlier meeting was spent on the budget process.  We will start seeing budget numbers in the coming months although it is looking like an 8% increase in the budget will be brought before this committee.

Liturgy and Spiritual Growth – Right now spending time getting Mary and Marsha up to date.  Also Tom Sink mentioned that he would like to start training other parishioners on the RCIA process to eventually take over in the future.

Adjournment and closing prayer at 9:00

Respectfully submitted by Katie Anderson
