Denice Rausch

Denice was born and raised in a small community outside of Jefferson City, Missouri.  After college, she landed in St. Louis where she met her husband, Chris, at a Catholic Bible Study (there is more to that story!). Even though Denice’s experience had always been selling something, she landed the best thing to sell in 2008 when she volunteered to be a catechist at Ascension in Chesterfield Missouri.  This experience led to a wonderful world of education through John Paul II Institute in St. Louis, where Denice earned her certificate for Coordinator of Religious Education. After Denice served as Coordinator at Ascension for four years, Chris was offered a position in Cedar Falls, and the two moved here with their two sons, Brad and John. With so much to learn, Denice says it is an honor and blessing to serve and be a part of the St. Patrick community. Outside of faith formation, Denice remains busy volunteering in her sons’ schools and traveling to visit family.
